For those of you who have not discovered it, there is a quiz section for you to test your knowledge on the Lord of the Rings.

Unfortunately one of those people we trusted to help run this site recently had a bit of a hissy-fit and decided to delete a few quizzes before deciding to "leave". We had to spend time restoring them from back-up - but there are now about 40 quizzes for you to have a stab at.

(And for the person who abused our trust to do such a spiteful petty thing - many thanks. You just turn the hours we stick into running this website for YOUR benefit into one hell of a kick in the teeth. Please grow up - I'm quite frankly getting sick of the petty, ungrateful little girls who grab what they can, turn around and then stab you in the back.)

Hi Robbie,

Just felt compelled to say I feel for you on quiz deletion thing. I work in Info Tech in a company where they don't escort fired employees out and it is amazing how many of them spend their last day deleting all their work to be spiteful and hoping to hurt the company. Everytime I hear someone is getting fired, I run and check my backups. So I feel your pain. Especially after fighting your HD problem on Friday. What a nice week you've had.

On a positive note, I saw the admin's message in the yahoo group saying you guys need donations so I'll be making one via the paypal link on the homepage (just noticed it after I saw the mention of donation or I would have made one sooner). I know you already know it but just keep reminding yourself--the vast majority of us love this site and greatly appreciate your hard work to provide us with this playground. Thank you very much for it!
