but I really need to know it. Shocked

Like, a rural area...just outside the city, maybe?

I would look this up myself, but I love you all and I'm kind of lazy right now...and if there's anyone that lives near there or has been there before, help meh. Help DEC out. Sad

You may ask, "Why my dear DEC to you seek this information from us?

I answer like this, "Because my awesome people, I need an "actual" setting for my CSI fic I'm working on."

Then you all reply, "Oh my. That's cool."

I go, "I know."

...

...

Then you might ask after a long pause. "Are you actually going to finish it?"

...

>_< I will try! *shakes fist*

And after another really really long pause to mop up my keyboard n shit, I say, we have friends who live in Mountain's Edge in the foothills outside Vegas proper. Kind of upscale tract homes. Nice place.

How about "The Crime Lab"?

Feel free to ask me any questions... I've visited Vegas quite often and had grandparents who lived outside in the Henderson/Boulder City area for a number of years. Still go back frequently since it is only a 4-6 hr drive depending on traffic on special days or the weekend. ^_^ Though I think Ghetto might be a tad bit closer than I am.

3 to 4 hours from here, depending on how much crack is in my system. I always wanted to do that Avenged Sevenfold thing and drive to vegas in a convertible, with bats flying all around, and a giant fly swatter, and that really hawt lead singer guy, and the drummer, and....lord, is it nap time yet?

You can start from space and slowly "zoom" down to the city of Las Vegas, or wherever your "crime" is due to occur.

<_< But I like to say "Vagas" when it's in the wee hours of the morning, even though FireFox has it highlighted in red...

Don't sweat it Dec, everyone I know calls it Las Vergas, and quite aptly, I might add.
