Very Happy smiley face I absolutely adored this little fic-lite, Lady A! I could just see the pair of them in the room, big brother comforting little sister and telling her he loves what's she's done for him even with all it's flaws. And I can just feel the love between them, making me wish I had a big brother instead of being the oldest child myself. Wink smiley face

I haven't sewn up dupioni silk in my SCA career, but I think velvet rates right up there with it! Which is probably why I don't do my own sewing anymore (besides the fact that anything I sew comes out shorter than I am no matter what I do)! I do have to saw that I didn't mind seeing the little 'slubs' in the shirt/tunic/thing he wore. And this little story just makes it that much easier on the eyes. Wink smiley face

Siblings for Legolas is always debatable, as some believe he had to have brothers and sisters while others believe he was an only child. I sit in the middle of both camps... Wink smiley face

Great story! Thank you for sharing!

I love it, Spacey! All of it!

I felt sorry for Celebrimbor! He pines after Galadriel, finally!gets what he's always wanted, and then has his heart shattered when she leaves him. Crying or Very sad smiley face
And then there's Galadriel herself. She knows exactly what Cel wants from her, and uses it to get his secrets. spy!badass!Glads at work. Now I don't feel so bad in writing her the way I did. Very Happy smiley face

I'll have to agree with the others, Spacey. I don't consider this PWP at all. There is porn and there is plenty of plot. If there's a genre for tragic! I'd put it there, but Drama or Angst would also fit nicely. Very well written, and worthy of being read again and again. That's why I printed it out, you know... Wink smiley face

I can just see the new-made rangers standing there getting their stars from either Halbarad or Aragorn (*grin* I see both when I read this, so Halbaragorn... Wink smiley face )

Anyway, nicely written, and a good scene. Thanks for sharing! Smile smiley face

*chills* Rous! I know I said it in a comment on lj, but I love this drabble. Especially since it worked in so well with the deadly sin of 'Greed'. Smile smiley face

Very light-hearted piece, TowerofPearl. I loved the comradery so clearly shown by the three hunters, especially between the elf and dwarf. Well-written and well-told. Thanks for this wee glimpse of laughter in an otherwise serious situation.
