As much as I love the Men of the West, it's difficult for me to remember or accept those such as Castamir, and back through the 'fallen' kings of Numenor. It's tragic to me that the sons of Elros would come to that, and especially rewarding to see Aragorn prove true.

Great job writing about a subject which is seldom written about. Some people even shun the appendixes because they are "too boring" for their tastes. Too bad they do not decide to write about this part of the book and flesh out these histories!

This drabble is excellent, and I rated it so. Currently in a co-writing project... actually two different ones on the subject of the Gondorian Kin Strife. We wrote the slaying of Ornendil a bit differently, but I like the way you wrote this. I'll put this on my recommened reading list I have on http://www.arwen-undomiel.com/forum/index.php
